I graduated from Berklee College of Music with a BA in Music/ Music Production and Engineering.

From 1993-2000 I was a member of Xaverian Brothers High School Fine Arts Department and a founding member of their Music Program.

In 1995 I was awarded a patent for my creation of a chord finding method called “Crib Note” which was included in Fender’s bass packages during Christmas, 1997.

In 1998 I authored a best selling book “Beginning Guitar for Adults” a Workshop Arts Publication distributed through Alfred Publishing and still available at retail stores across the world and amazon.com.

In 2003 my wife, Julie, and I opened Custom Art Framing & Gallery 9 offering custom picture framing, art classes  and original artwork from gifted local artists.

I taught private guitar and bass lessons at Daddy’s Junky Music since 1991. In 1996 I became the Director of Education for the National Music Workshop providing lessons at Daddy’s Junky Music stores across New England and New York.

In 2007 I started  Band Gig School of Music & Performance, where we organize individual students to form bands. We rehearse, record a demo and perform at concerts raising funds for local charities. Our first location opened at 45 Central Street in Norwood, Massachusetts. In 2012 Band Gig School of Music opened its second location at 66 Eastern Ave in Dedham, Massachusetts.

Along with teaching, I continue to write, record, and perform my own music. I also love cooking! And in 2016 began filming cooking shows. Nick's Supper Club showcases recipes and music which can be seen on over twelve local television stations around Massachusetts and Connecticut, as well as, on YouTube. You may currently enjoy over 20 episodes. I've also perfected my own spectacular recipes of Nick's Supper Club Hot Sauces.
