EDUCATOR

I graduated from Berklee College of Music with a BA in Music/ Music Production and Engineering.

From 1993-2000 I was a member of Xaverian Brothers High School Fine Arts Department and a founding member of their music program.

In 1995 I was awarded a patent for my creation of a chord finding method called “Crib Note” which was included in Fender’s bass packages during Christmas, 1997.

In 1998 I authored a best selling book “Beginning Guitar for Adults” a Workshop Arts Publication distributed through Alfred Publishing available at retail stores across the world and amazon.com.

In 2003 my wife, Julie, and I opened Custom Art Framing & Gallery 9 offering custom picture framing, art classes  and original artwork from gifted local artists.

I have been teaching private guitar and bass lessons at Daddy’s Junky Music since 1991. In 1996 I became the Director of Education for the National Music Workshop providing lessons at Daddy’s Junky Music stores across New England and New York. I also continue to teach private lessons  at Daddy’s in Dedham, MA.

In 2007 I began my latest venture,  Band Gig Join a Band Program for Teens and Adults, where I organize individual students to form a band. We rehearse, record a demo and perform at concerts raising money for various charities.
